Welcome to Royal Tee Mobile Golf experience! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline the terms and conditions for renting and using our mobile golf simulator services. By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Overview

Royal Tee provides mobile golf simulator rentals, including equipment setup, support, and related services (“Services”) for events such as corporate gatherings, private parties, fundraisers, and more. Our Services are available for rent within the Greater San Antonio Area.

2. Booking and Payment

Booking Confirmation

  • To secure a booking, a completed booking form and payment deposit are required. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment and a signed rental agreement.

Payment Terms

  • We require a  deposit of 50% of the total rental fee to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due the day of the event. For last-minute bookings, full payment will be required upon confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the event to qualify for a 50% refund of deposit. Cancellations made within 48 Hours of the event are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made one (1) week before the scheduled event will qualify for a full refund of deposit.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Space Requirements

  • The customer is responsible for providing a suitable space for the simulator setup, approximately 15ft x 18ft, with access to a standard power source.

Safety and Supervision

  • The customer is responsible for ensuring a safe environment for guests using the simulator. Children under the age of 13 must be supervised while using the equipment.

Loss or Damage

  • Any damage to equipment caused by customer negligence or misuse may result in additional charges for repair or replacement. The customer agrees to take reasonable care of all equipment provided by Royal Tee.

4. Royal Tee’s Responsibilities

Setup and Takedown

  • Our team will handle all aspects of simulator setup before the event and takedown afterward. We aim to complete setup within 90 minutes and takedown within 45 minutes, ensuring minimal disruption to the event.

On-Site Support

  • During the event, our staff will be available to provide assistance and technical support. We aim to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Equipment Maintenance

  • Royal Tee will maintain the simulator and other equipment in good working order. Should any technical issues arise, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve them promptly.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Royal Tee is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from the use of our services or equipment. The customer assumes all risks related to the use of the simulator, including but not limited to risks associated with physical activity and simulator operation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Royal Tee, including logos, images, text, and software (e.g., GSPro software), is protected by intellectual property laws and is for use solely in connection with our services. Any unauthorized use or reproduction of our content is prohibited.

7. Privacy

Royal Tee respects the privacy of all customers. We collect and store personal information only for booking purposes and to improve our services. We do not share personal information with third parties unless required by law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes arising under or relating to these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Ohio.

9. Changes to These Terms

Royal Tee reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services following such updates signifies acceptance of the revised Terms.
